Obviously the above movies are great. But there might be at least one movie which is not present in the above list but in your personal list of best movies.
In actual, every person of the world has different and unique taste, different way of thinking and looking into any matter. Some choices can match but not all. So there should be a theory, idea, criteria or formula to rate the movies. This criteria or formula should be result of discussion on understanding of movies among groups of people. It can be anything, but commonly accepted.
